general rules

• before you do anything at all, read the rules. they are important
  
• the account you create must be the name and last name of your character so then I know that it's you and not some other person who didn't audition.
  
• this site is based on survivors from the cruise ship that sunk. obviously, you aren't going to see television sets or cars around the island. please keep it real folks.
  
• no power playing or god playing. you can't kill another character without asking them for permission first.
  
• please, please respect your fellow members.
  
• this site is rated R, seeing that violence, slander as well as sex is bound to happen. so, if you can't take it, I suggest you go somewhere else.
  
• please be mature. we don't want 17 year olds acting like a 5 year old.
  
• i know this is stupid to ask of me, but, please be able to write properly. i don't want to see spelling mistakes, after all, there is a spell check when you post in a thread.
  
• after you have been accepted, you must have an avatar and a signature of your character within two weeks of you joining. signatures can't be too large. if it is, i will PM you asking to remove it. if you don't, i will remove it myself.
  
• you are only allowed to create one character per account. if you wish to make another character, you must have over 20 posts with your first account. then, you can create another account with your new character's name.
  
• the application will require you to put in a password at the end of the form. in failing to do so, i will know that you didn't read the rules. the password by the way is stranded
  
• last but not least, have fun !
  

roleplaying rules

• your character can be of any age, race, class, gender.
  
• please keep profanity to a minimum. swearing is allowed, but don't make a habit out of it. if i see that every sentence that you write has vulgar words, you will be given a warning, and if you continue, you will be permanently banned from this site.
  
• after the ship wreck, your character will not be in perfect condition. the clothes will be torn, if there is any clothes at all. please do not start threads that say how beautifully dressed the person is and what not. remember folks, your character has just survived a ship wreck.
